Wikipedia has a notice on its page covering “Mass Killings under communist regimes” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_killings_under_communist_regimes) that the page is scheduled for deletion because of “neutrality” issues or issues with some details which may not be verifiable. I would challenge that this is a very worthy topic of encyclopaedic merit and something that is a worthy subject for people to be aware of.
I am, of course, all in favor of accurate, verified historical reporting on topics. If there are any inaccuracies, then I support removing those items. However, there are many documented, historical events linked to this topic. It seems to me, that the attempt to delete this topic is not charged with motivation to preserve historical accuracy, but rather an attempt by the far Left to remove the unfortunate and horrific outcomes that have occurred under communist control which resulted in suffering and loss of life of many people around the world. We must work to preserve our history, learn from it, and in doing so, forge a bright and prosperous future.
